Application Fee Waiver Request
The application for Fall 2026 and Spring 2026 opened on September 1st.
If you wish to request a fee waiver for a Master’s or PhD application for entry in Fall or Spring 2026, please submit the form below. The deadlines for fee waiver requests are listed below.
Deadlines for Fall and Spring 2026 application fee waiver:
- Fall 2026 PhD Applicants: December 8, 2025
- Fall 2026 Master’s Applicants for the Priority Scholarship Deadline: January 8, 2026
- Fall 2026 Master’s Applicants: March 5, 2026
Please note we cannot grant fee waivers to applicants that have already submitted at least 1 application in our system. You must request your fee waiver AFTER creating your account and BEFORE submitting your application. No refunds will be made to students requesting a fee waiver after they submitted an application.
To request a fee waiver you must have started your application to BU’s College of Engineering. You will need to enter your CAS ID in the form below.
- If approved, you will receive an email from the Graduate Programs Office with instructions on how to redeem the fee waiver up to 5 business days after form submission.
- One fee waiver code is good for ONE program application. If you are applying to multiple programs, you will receive multiple fee waiver codes.
