William Giraldi is the author of the novels Busy Monsters and Hold the Dark, both published by W.W. Norton. He is also Fiction Editor for the journal AGNI at Boston University. His criticism appears frequently in such publications as The New Republic, The New York Times, The Oxford American, Poets & Writers, The Daily Beast, The Wall Street Journal, The New Criterion, and Virginia Quarterly Review.
