One great way to support your own wellness is to participate in a campus culture of wellbeing. Actively helping others and serving the community strengthens all dimensions of your wellbeing.

There are so many ways to get involved, no matter if you are a student, faculty, staff or student group. Consider working or volunteering with Student Wellbeing. You could partner with a faculty sponsor to create an event that supports student wellness. Or how about developing a wellbeing idea with Innovate@BU? The possibilities are endless!
