  • Headspace: Mindfulness and Meditation App

    Student Wellbeing offers students FREE access to Headspace, a research-backed mindfulness/meditation app. From waking up to exercising, eating to sleeping, Headspace has 1,000+ hours of exercises to help you live mindfully, not just when you’re sitting to meditate. Just 10 days of Headspace use has been shown to result in a 14% decrease in stress.
