  • OCD Support Group

    This SHS group is for students struggling with OCD, obsessions and/or compulsions. The group focuses on providing psychoeducation, building skills and creating a safe space for students to share strategies in navigating college and life with OCD-related challenges.

  • Overcoming Family Challenges Support Group

    Support group for students experiencing complicated, strained, or unsupportive relationships, disownment, or estrangement from a single family member, multiple members, or entire family. Members talk about experiences of estrangement and develop coping skills. Open to all BU students; LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC students especially encouraged to attend. Offered by SARP, Queer Activist Collective and Together Estranged.

  • Physical Education Classes (PDPs)

    Physical Education (PDP) classes are open to BU full-time undergraduate and graduate students. Students may take up to two per semester for free. From swimming, to group fitness, to dance, there's something for everyone! Classes generally meet once or twice a week at varying times. Most classes are held at the Fitness and Recreation Center.
