Advisory on Orders of Capital Equipment

Purchase requisitions ordering movable capital equipment (Cost $5000+, Useful Life 1year+) require information on the location (building & room number) where the equipment will be installed. Since Ariba does not have a separate field for this information, please add it as a Comment. Omitting this information will result in a delay in processing the purchase requisition as Property Management will need to reach out to the shopper for the location information.
