BME Emerging Scholars Symposium on May 8th
BU BME invites applications from historically underrepresented racial and ethnic groups to attend a symposium and workshop for emerging scholars on May 8, 2020 in Boston, MA. Eligible participants include Ph.D. students within one year of graduation or postdoctoral fellows and interested in academic careers.
This symposium is designed to offer emerging scholars an opportunity to present their work to a diverse audience, network with other researchers in the field, learn about the academic job-search process and about starting their first faculty job, and become better acquainted with the broader Boston academic community and the opportunities it offers.
