Group Visits

We are happy to make arrangements for special BU tours and presentations to organizations working with college-bound students. If you are looking to bring a group of 10-50 students for a campus visit, please read on for more information regarding how to make a group visit reservation.

Visit Programs

Groups are invited to join us for a Campus Tour or for both a Campus Tour and Information Session. Boston University does not provide lunch to visiting groups. For an on-campus dining experience, check out the Union Food Court, located within the George Sherman Union at 775 Commonwealth Avenue.

Availability

Group visits are by appointment-only, during regular business hours Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.  We ask for 3 weeks advanced notice to best accommodate your request.

How to Request a Group Visit

Please complete the group visit reservation form to request an appointment. Once you submit your request, the group visit coordinator will contact you with a formal confirmation.

Please arrange for one chaperone for every 15 students in your group. We ask that chaperones remain with the students at all times.
