On-Campus Group Visit Programming Information

We are currently accepting bookings for in-person group tours. Our group visits consist of a brief 5-10 minute QR-code check-in & informational overview of BU, followed by a 60 minute tour led by our student admissions representatives.

Please note the following guidelines:

• We are only able to accommodate groups between 10-50 students for in-person tours. Larger groups must be separated into multiple reservations.
• All visiting students must be of high school age.
• We require one chaperone per 15 students.
• Due to limited space, we do not provide bus parking on campus.
• We cannot provide lunches for visiting groups. If you would like to discuss the possibility of eating at an on-campus dining hall with your group, please contact Boston University Dining Services at dining@bu.edu.
• BU Admissions does not arrange on-campus housing or overnight stays. To discuss residing at BU overnight during the summer, please contact Boston University Events and Conferences at meet@bu.edu or 617-353-3520.
