There are 2 comments on A Better Way to Find and Treat Osteoarthritis

  1. CA4 will not address all the implicated biomarkers in joint pain. And this is more of the same thinking- conflating monotherapies as being much more than they are. And no monotherapy-including platelet rich plasma with stem cells has been very effective for joints. Creative thinking this isn’t- if you were to try adaptive interventions or make use of cumulative complexity model or also address the neuropathic elements to knee pain- then it would start to get interesting but frankly this type of research is more of the same failed research for people in pain.

  2. My grandfather got OA about 3 years ago, unluckily the diagnosis was made when the disease at advanced stage. Hopefully there will be a better test soon that can help catch the onset of OA (osteoarthritis, the most common type of joint disease ‘arthritis) so thus the treatment can work better and could provide better outcome for sufferer.
