We’re in the home stretch of the semester! During this busy season, be sure to take time for yourself. Step away from technology, connect with people and take care of your overall wellbeing.

Join us for “The Wellbeing Experience” on Wednesday, April 26, from 3-6 pm in the Metcalf Ballroom (GSU 2nd floor).

Press pause on your busy routine for a few minutes (or a few hours) and enjoy a variety of wellbeing activities. Each experience has been created to support various dimensions of your wellbeing. Try the Hangout Hammocks. Practice Gratitude on the Spot. Relax in the Zen Zone. Or get nostalgic at The Play Station. We had a great turn out last semester and hope to see you there!
