Life Hacks: Optimizing Your Thoughts For Wellbeing

We all experience a range of thoughts and feelings, from joy and excitement to anger and overwhelm. How we respond directly influences our wellbeing. In this workshop, we explore ways to maximize feeling well and minimize the toll that the hard times have on us. Students will gain an understanding of thoughts and feelings, including why we have them and what they communicate to us, as well as effective strategies that promote wellbeing.

You can participate in an optional research study associated with the workshop and receive up to $50 in Amazon gift cards. Students who choose to participate in the research project will be asked to complete online surveys before the workshop, immediately following the workshop, one month following the workshop, and three months following the workshop. Participation in the research project will be capped at 100 students.
