Drawing the Line: Creating Boundaries for your Wellbeing Workshop

Do you struggle with people pleasing at the expense of your own wellbeing? Do you have a difficult time sharing your needs with people?  Are you aware of your personal boundaries?

In this interactive workshop we will explore different types of boundaries and recognize when others are taking advantage of you by crossing those boundaries.  We will examine the ways our culture and family backgrounds present unique challenges to setting boundaries. You will learn skills to set healthy boundaries and to communicate them so that you can take better care of yourself and have mutually respectful relationships in your personal and professional life.

Join us Tuesday, Nov. 15, 5-6 pm at the Newbury Center. This workshop is targeted towards first generation college students but all are welcome!

Presented by Student Wellbeing, Newbury Center and College Mental Health Educational Programs.
