JV Uploads

There is a new FAQ around JV Uploads here and when Sponsored Programs, Post Award is able to assist with this type of entry.  Please note that it is limited to two times only: moving non-salary expenditures from one internal order to another internal order within the same Grant Number or, moving non-salary expenditures from one Grant to another Grant if the first Grant was put into Cancelled Status.  Please review and let your Post Award Officer know if you have any questions.

Award Status – IO

There is a new Free Characteristic that is available in the Grants Management (Distributed) folder, Budget vs Actuals report titled Award Status – IO.  This free characteristic is in addition to the Award Status – Grant field that is available.

The Award Status – Grant field will tell you the Award Status of the Grant.

The Award Status – IO field will tell you the Award Status of the Internal Order.

You may have one Grant number with numerous Internal Orders.  By bringing the Award Status – IO Free Characteristic into your report, you can see which of those Internal Orders are still in Approved Status.
