REMINDER – Year End Planning and Holiday Deadlines

In observance of Intersession break, Sponsored Programs offices will be closed starting at 1pm on Friday, December 23, 2022, re-opening at 9am on Tuesday, January 3, 2023. During this break, staff will not be available to approve or process any proposals or other sponsored research actions, including purchase requisitions and financial reports.

Therefore, to help with the planning, all items due between December 19, 2022 and January 9, 2023 must be submitted to your SP Research Administrator no later than Monday December 12, 2022. This also includes all invoices that may need to be submitted on or before December 30th. This will allow staff enough time to review and process items due before and during the break and in the first few days in January when we return.
