Sponsored Programs has released an updated Proposal Summary Form (PSF), incorporating feedback from the BU Community and SPSponsored Programs (SP) is the coordinating office for all p... Research professionals. The form will look and feel familiar, but there have been a few additions, subtractions, and clarifications.

We request that you start using this new edition as soon as possible, though we will still accept the older version of the PSF until the end of December. As of January 1, 2022, SP will require that departments submit the revised form for all proposals.

January 1, 2022 deadline to adopt new form

Major revisions include:

  • Removal of unimportant administrative fields, and addition of key questions
  • Improved guidance within the Cost Share, F&A Waiver, and Signature sections
  • Addition of Tooltips to several fields
  • Rewording or reformatting of several questions for clarity
