Center for Beethoven Research

The Center for Beethoven Research at Boston University promotes Ludwig van Beethoven research, scholarship and performance, and enhances public understanding of his musical and humanistic achievements and the social and cultural context of his age. Combining the research work of scholars with the performance work of musicians, the center is a forum for interdisciplinary scholarship and a place of synergy between the latest analytical and scholarly discoveries and thoughtful, informed performance.
