Are you expecting a payment? Did you check with BU’s Treasury department and are still having trouble locating it? Research Financial Operations is here to help. Did you know that we manage both Grants and Miscellaneous Receivables billing? As a result, we receive payments monthly that cannot be identified as belonging to a specific grant, department, college, or school.
Over the years, we have developed relationships throughout the BU community to assist in finding the owner of these unclaimed payments. Late last year we established a Microsoft Teams channel to enhance our ability to efficiently identify these payments.
