Department Administrator – Contact Update Request Process
Have a departing or arriving Department, Grant, or Finance Administrator? Need to manage awards for your department, but don’t seem to be receiving notices from SP or PAFO?
Check out the webform on our Find your Department and Research Administrators page to easily let SP and PAFO know when the contact people within your department or fund center change. There, you can review your current departmental contacts and submit changes as needed.
This process and webform were adopted in mid-2019 and are the best way to make your contact change requests heard. We encourage everyone to look through this page now and make sure all departmental contacts are up-to-date!
