Year End Planning and Deadlines

In observance of the Thanksgiving holiday Sponsored Programs (SP) and Post Award Financial Operations (PAFO) will be will be closed starting 5pm Wednesday November 25, 2020, re-opening 9am Monday November 30, 2020. Beginning 2pm Wednesday November 25, 2020 there will only be a skeleton staff available to cover emergency items.  Should you have proposals or any other items due between Monday November 23, 2020-Monday November 30, 2020 we ask that you submit them to your SP or PAFO RA no later than Friday November 20, 2020 so that we may have ample time to prioritize and review.

In observance of Intersession break, SP and PAFO offices will be closed starting 1pm on Thursday December 24, 2020 through Friday January 1, 2021,  re-opening 9am Monday, January 4, 2021. During this break, staff will not be available to approve or process any proposals or other sponsored research actions, including purchase requisitions. Therefore to help with the planning, all items due between December 21, 2020 and January 8, 2021 must be submitted to your SP or PAFO RA no later than Monday December 14, 2020. This also includes all invoices that may need to be submitted on or before December 31st.  This will allow staff enough time to review and process items due before and during the break and in the first few days in January when we return.
