EPA NATIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING PROGRAM
OBJECTIVES:
The purpose of the National Environmental Education and Training Program is to deliver environmental education (EE) training and long-term support to education professionals across the U.S. in the development and delivery of environmental education and training programs and studies.
FUNDING INFORMATION: up to $2,175,500 in year 1 with potential continuation for 4 years
ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS:
Because of the broad and diverse nature of this program, EPA encourages eligible institutions to form a consortium to operate this program. Eligible institutions may be a member of a consortium in more than one application. However, such institutions may not apply as the sole applicant or as the lead institution in a consortium in more than one application.
INTERNAL SELECTION PROCESS:
Interested investigators should submit the following materials via InfoReady Review by DATE: 4/17/2020
- Questions outlined in InfoReady Review application;
- A letter of recommendation from the appropriate department chair or dean
- A brief statement (up to 2 pages) by the candidate describing their scientific achievements and proposed project including potential partner organizations;
- A brief budget outline for the proposed project
- Up-to-date CV or biosketch.
A faculty committee will review internal proposals and select nominees.
