New NIH Salary Cap effective January 8, 2017

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) have issued interim guidance on salary limitation for grants and cooperative agreements.
The Executive Level II direct salary cap has been increased to $187,000, effective January 8, 2017.

Please use this amount moving forward and stay tuned for additional guidance from NIH on the salary cap once the Department of Health and Human Services Appropriation for FY2017 is enacted.
