Request for Submissions of Recent Faculty Books and Creative Works

In addition to serving as an informational tool for the BU community, the Office of the Provost website (www.bu.edu/provost) provides opportunities for spotlighting the outstanding work and accomplishments of faculty and students.
One of the ways we do this is to chronicle on our website the books and creative works produced by BU faculty. We are delighted with the way this section of the site (https://www.bu.edu/provost/awards-publications/publications/) continues to develop, thanks largely to the number and caliber of faculty submissions from across all our schools and colleges.
With a new academic year now in full swing, we once again invite faculty submissions to update the publications section of the website. While journal articles or periodicals are typically not included in this special section, we welcome other creative works to join the list of featured productions. These could include films, documentaries, special exhibitions, and published recordings. We ask that you include as much information as possible with each submission (i.e., publisher/producer, date of publication, ISBN or cataloging number, web link where the work can be found or purchased), so we can accurately direct visitors to the work online. Publication/production dates should be no earlier than 2015, and submissions or questions should be e-mailed directly to our director of communications, David Lazar, at dlazar@bu.edu.
We look forward to regularly updating this content and want to thank you, once again, for continuing to help us showcase the vibrant intellectual life of Boston University by bringing recognition to the creative works of our talented faculty.
