MyBU Student Portal Is Live

Last fall, we highlighted the changes BU students, faculty, and staff can expect to see as we roll out the Student Information System (SIS) Renewal Program over the next two years.

We are pleased to announce that the MyBU Student Portal is live, and students now have an updated, modern “front door” to access the Student Link.

MyBU Student Portal is the first important step in the process of transforming the Student Information System into a more modern, user-friendly, and intuitive site for all members of our community. Students will use this portal to log into their Student Link to manage their registration and other campus transactions until 2024, when the Student Link will be completely updated.

The Student Portal was created with help from students across Boston University. Last fall, the MyBU portal team collected student input through in-person “pop-ups” in the GSU and Howard Thurman Center, and through sessions with various student organizations. We are grateful to all the students who provided feedback, including the student testers who gave critical recommendations to the design team that helped improve the portal.
