Tickets are not required and there is no limit to family members and guests of our engineering students participating in the College of Engineering Undergraduate Ceremony.
Undergraduates must arrive at the Fitness and Recreation Center between 4pm and 4:15pm [note that it is is possible this time will change in light of the revised schedule]. Students should enter through Buick Street, Dance Theater not the main building entrance. There is a separate entrance on Buick Street.
Faculty should arrive for line up in the Fitness and Recreation Center no later than 4:15pm. Enter through the main entrance of the FitRec Building at 915 Commonwealth Avenue and proceed to the lower level.
A reception will be held immediately prior to the Undergraduate ceremony. All graduates and guests are invited. The location will be confirmed shortly.
For security purposes, note that you will not be permitted to enter the line-up gymnasium with bags and/or backpacks. Please leave these at home, as guests will not be allowed to enter with these items either.
