Code of Conduct: I agree to uphold a respectful, professional, and inclusive environment at all times. I will not engage in any behavior that could be considered harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or misconduct.

Zero‑Tolerance Policy: I understand that the ENG Mentors Program maintains a zero‑tolerance policy for harassment of any kind, including but not limited to verbal, physical, emotional, or digital harassment.

Appropriate Boundaries: I agree to maintain appropriate mentor–student boundaries. This includes:

No romantic or sexual behavior or communication

No inappropriate comments, jokes, or messages

No private meetings in isolated or unsafe locations

No pressure, coercion, or manipulation of any kind

Safe Communication: I will use only approved communication channels for mentor–student interactions and will keep all communication professional and program‑related.

Mandatory Reporting: I understand that any concerns, boundary violations, or incidents must be reported immediately to program leadership. I acknowledge that the program may take action, including removal from the program, investigation, or referral to university authorities.

Student Safety Priority: I acknowledge that the safety and well‑being of students is the highest priority. I agree to act in ways that support a safe, respectful, and positive mentoring environment.

Consequences for Violations: I understand that violating these terms may result in immediate removal from the ENG Mentors Program and may be escalated to university administration.
