
Paul Thur
Director, Writing Center; Learning Skills Specialist
Before coming to CGS in 1997, Paul Thur taught academic writing at Rutgers University and The University of Redlands, as well as critical reading and writing skills to high school and middle school students. He has also taught grammar and basic writing skills to English Language Learners at the New England School of English.
In addition to directing the CGS Writing Center, Paul oversees the daily operations of the Katzenberg Center. He also teaches several expository writing courses at Harvard Extension School and Harvard Summer School. Paul was the recipient of Harvard Extension School’s James E. Conway Excellence in Teaching Writing Award in 2004.
