Undergraduate Part-Time Petition

This form is to be used for undergraduate students who wish to change their academic standing to part-time. Students must meet with their Academic Advisor in the Schools to discuss degree sequencing before submitting this form. Please note that a change to part-time status may have implications that must be explored prior to completing this form. Please consult the following offices before submitting a part-time petition:

The University Service Center, if you still have questions about how part-time status will effect you, or if you would like to discuss a Leave of Absence.
International students: Please contact ISSO before submitting a Part-Time Petition Form to discuss the effects part-time status will have on your visa.
