There is only one Convocation ceremony each year in May. Students graduating in January and August may attend. Students who receive their final grade in their last course in December, will graduate in January. Students should choose the graduation month based on when they finish their final course.

On campus students must meet the following deadlines: March 30 for August graduation, September 30 for January graduation or May graduation.
