Yuan Chen (LAW’15)

Yuan Chen graduated from Boston University School of Law with her Master of Laws degree. She has been engaged in professional law work for over 10 years and now acts as a partner to Shenzhen’s Office of Shanghai ALLBright Law Offices, which ranks first in IPO business in China.
From 2017 to 2018, Yuan Chen worked as the representative lawyer of Hepalink (002399) — a company listed on the Chinese main board to be in charge of Enoxaparin sodium preparation restructuring and acquisition project and participated in transaction negotiation (the transaction amount was over 300,000,000 US dollars and traders included Goldman Sachs Group). She also coordinated more than 10 overseas law firms in Germany, the UK, France, USA, etc. to issue due diligence reports, legal opinions, etc. required by China Securities Regulatory Commission and China Stock Exchanges (the project was listed in the Chambers Biotechnology Program).
From 2020-2023, on behalf of the controlling shareholder of the world’s second largest listed company for silver smelting, Yuan Chen took part in a bankruptcy reorganization project for the company, and participated in the debt restructuring project of a new energy source company in name of major shareholders, and so on.
