Wilfred Labiosa

Wilfred Labiosa is executive director at Waves Ahead, a non-profit organization in Puerto Rico and in the continental US whose main objective is to support the development and transformation of LGBTQ communities, specifically LGBTQ seniors and homeless. Wilfred has held numerous executive positions in nonprofit organizations and has been working in the public health sector for more than 25 years promoting HIV/AIDS prevention and interventions, and helping those from marginalized communities and groups recover from substance and alcohol abuse.
