Tara Keck ENG’06

Tara Keck is Professor of Neuroscience and a Wellcome Trust Senior Research Fellow in the Department of Neuroscience, Physiology and Pharmacology and the Vice-Dean International in the Faculty of Life Sciences at University College London. Her research focuses the mechanistic and societal factors that facilitate neuroplasticity (how the brain changes in response to experience) and brain health during ageing, and how community-based interventions can be developed to support brain health throughout the lifespan. She obtained her PhD in biomedical engineering from Boston University in 2006.
