What has surprised you the most about BU?

Something that surprised me the most about BU was how small it could feel despite being such a large campus. I love that I still regularly run into friends and classmates yet have the opportunity to meet new people.

How have you changed since your first day on campus?

I’ve become much more independent and adventurous since my first day on campus. During my time at BU, I’ve taken on various leadership roles, overcome difficult classes, and studied abroad. I have become so much more confident in my abilities and find excitement in exploring new opportunities that I would have previously been scared to try.

How do you think you’ll stay connected with BU after you graduate?

I would love to connect with other BU alumni around me and be involved within the BU alumni association. Additionally, I hope to serve as a mentor to current BU students through programs such as the ENG Mentors program which I have participated in as a mentee.

What is your favorite piece of BU history?

My favorite piece of BU history is that Alexander Graham Bell invented the telephone with the help of BU funding for his research while he was a BU professor.
