Saloni Chokshi is a vibrant and accomplished individual, a 48-year-old mother of two, Aman and Sanaa.  Saloni has carved an impressive niche for herself in the world of art and design. As the Creative Head of Moksh, her innovative vision and keen eye for aesthetics have played a pivotal role in the company’s success.  

Professional Background: 

Saloni holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Mumbai. Her academic pursuits laid the foundation for her journey into the world of creativity and design. Following her graduation, she embarked on a career in retail, specialising in high-end decorative lighting from Spain and Germany. Saloni honed her expertise in the field of decorative lighting. She amassed valuable experience while running one of Mumbai’s most reputed lighting stores called Lumiere. During her tenure, she gained an in-depth understanding of international lighting trends and curated a collection that catered to the discerning tastes of their clientele. 

Career at Moksh: 

Equipped with her knowledge of design and lighting, Saloni joined Moksh, a prominent jewellery design label, several years ago. Over the last 15 years, she has been instrumental in shaping the company’s artistic direction and elevating its brand identity. Under her leadership, Moksh has achieved significant milestones, becoming a prominent name in the jewellery industry. 

 Motherhood and Work-Life Balance: 

Aside from her professional achievements, Saloni cherishes her role as a devoted mother to Aman and Sanaa. She believes in leading by example, demonstrating to her children the value of pursuing one’s passions and excelling in their chosen fields. Despite her demanding career, she manages to strike a commendable work-life balance, making quality time for her family and nurturing a supportive and loving home environment.
