Mark Nelson is a transformational marketing executive with a consistent track record of driving growth and innovation across a range of industries.

Mark’s expertise includes a unique blend of brand and performance marketing. He has expertise in digital marketing and a focus on driving ROI. Mark currently works for Duly Health and Care, helping the organization accelerate new patient growth. Previously, he worked on brands such as McDonald’s, Hallmark, Kellogg’s and for companies including Leo Burnett, AT&T, DeVry University, Prophet, and CNO Financial. He has professional experience in higher education as SVP Practice Lead at Yes& Lipman Hearne and with the University of Chicago’s Harris School of Public Policy.

Mark is active in the Boston University community at the University and local levels. In addition to the BUAC, he is also a member of the Scarlett Key Advisory Committee and the BU Alumni Network of Chicago. Mark and his wife, Ruth, live in Chicago’s West Loop. He is a Board Member and Treasurer of Chicago Lights and has held multiple leadership roles at the Fourth Presbyterian Church of Chicago.
