What is your favorite piece of BU history?
Its rich history of social justice; from the first woman to receive a PhD in the U.S. happening at BU to Howard Thurman and MLK Jr.’s impacts to AOC being elected to Congress.

What BU traditions do you enjoy?
Beanpot is so fun! I saw us win Beanpot in my freshman year at TD Garden and it’s a core BU memory. The hockey games in general are always a great way to see the BU Terrier energy in full force.

Why did you choose to be involved in SAA?
I have been fortunate to already have experienced a lot of support from the BU alumni community. I first learned about SAA at their LA Summer Social in 2023 while I was interning in Los Angeles for the summer. I was excited to join an organization that would connect students and alums while creating community.
