Jack Jihong Lai (LAW’00)

Jack Lai has been a professional lawyer for more than 20 years, and is currently one of seven directors in the firm’s managing committee, and also heads the firm’s Shenzhen Office, with
his principal specialties in PE/VC investments, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and corporate finance and restructuring. He has represented lots of major private equity and venture capital funds and leading multinational companies in connection with their high-profile investment and financing transactions in the PRC, as well as major Chinese corporations in connection with their financing through private placement and public offering.
