MS in Construction Management & Technology
The Master of Science (MS) in Construction Management & Technology is a 32-unit program designed to prepare professionals for senior leadership roles in the built environment and infrastructure industries. This program integrates cutting-edge technologies, sustainable practices, and advanced project management methodologies to equip graduates with the technical, managerial, and leadership skills necessary to excel in today’s evolving construction sector. Students will develop expertise in Construction 5.0, digital twins, AI-powered tools, automation, and predictive analytics, enabling them to manage complexity, optimize workflows, and lead interdisciplinary teams effectively. The curriculum aligns with industry certifications, including the Project Management Institute’s Construction Professional (PMI-CP), positioning graduates for career advancement in project, program, and portfolio management within construction and infrastructure sectors. Graduates will be well equipped to apply data-driven decisionmaking, sustainability principles, contract governance, and stakeholder engagement in real-world construction projects, ensuring efficient, ethical, and innovative project execution.
This program requires an average of 8–16 months to complete. Students may begin the program in the fall, spring, or summer term.
