Boston University’s international profile and character are longstanding strengths on which we are committed to continue building. The Ad Hoc Committee on International Student Experiences & Institutional Impact was established in 2014 with the following aims:
- To gauge Boston University’s effectiveness in meeting the needs of international students from an academic and social-well being perspective
- To assess whether we are providing appropriate support for faculty in their interactions with students both inside and outside the classroom
- To identify areas of strength and weakness in this evolution
- To make recommendations for implementation of best practices and improvements
