Boston University’s international profile and character are longstanding strengths on which we are committed to continue building. The Ad Hoc Committee on International Student Experiences & Institutional Impact was established in 2014 with the following aims:

  1. To gauge Boston University’s effectiveness in meeting the needs of international students from an academic and social-well being perspective
  2. To assess whether we are providing appropriate support for faculty in their interactions with students both inside and outside the classroom
  3. To identify areas of strength and weakness in this evolution
  4. To make recommendations for implementation of best practices and improvements
