MLCL’s Keith Vincent Organizes Soseki’s Diversity Conference in MI

Professor J. Keith Vincent has organized a major conference on the Japanese novelist Natsume Soseki, to be held at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, where he is currently in residence as the Toyota Visiting Professor of Japanese Studies. Our own professor Sarah Frederick will also be giving a paper at the conference, in which she will explore an innovative “digital humanities” approach to one of Soseki’s short stories.  You can find more information about the conference, about Soseki, and about Professor Frederick’s paper here:  http://www.lsa.umich.edu/asian/events/sosekisdiversity
