Fall 2026 On-Campus Orientation Schedule

Orientation is a required program for all new Boston University undergraduate students.

Please keep the following in mind:

• Registration for Fall Orientation will go live on May 1, 2026. We recommend registering as soon as possible via your MyBU Student Portal.
• Students must participate in all Orientation activities.
• For students living on campus, you will be able to move into your on-campus housing assignment on Monday, August 24, 2026 or Tuesday, August 25, 2026. Check out the housing website  for information on how to select a move-in time slot.
• Late arrivals and early dismissals do not give you the opportunity to experience the full program. If you think you may miss part of the on-campus Orientation program, please reach out to us directly.
• During Orientation, all of your meals will be covered by the Orientation dining plan.
