Fall 2026 On-Campus Orientation Schedule

Orientation is a required program for all new Boston University undergraduate students.

Please keep the following in mind:

• Registration for Fall Orientation is now live! We recommend registering as soon as possible via your MyBU Student Portal.
• Students must participate in all Orientation activities.
• For students living on campus, you will be able to move into your on-campus housing assignment on Monday, August 24, 2026 or Tuesday, August 25, 2026. Check out the housing website  for information on how to select a move-in time slot.
• Late arrivals and early dismissals do not give you the opportunity to experience the full program. If you think you may miss part of Orientation, please reach out to us directly.
• During Orientation all of your meals will be covered by the Orientation dining plan. Here is a list of all the dining hall locations and hours for the week of Orientation.
