  • Zen Community @ BU

    We practice meditation from the Zen Buddhist tradition. Meditation helps develop concentration, wisdom, and peace of mind. All levels of experience welcome. Meetings consist of a mind-body exercise, a relaxation practice, 15 minutes of sitting meditation, and a short talk about Buddhist philosophy and practice. Meetings conclude with tea, cookies, and time to socialize.
