Mindfulness and Stress Management

We’re in the home stretch of the semester! Preparing for finals and transitioning to what comes after spring semester can be stressful, but we’ here to help.

In a recent workshop presented by Student Wellbeing and Headspace, BU students told us they would love to hear more about mindfulness and its connection to managing stress. As a BU student, you have free access to Headspace, a mindfulness and meditation app.
