Updated F&A Rates for FY25 and Revised Budget Templates

The University has recently negotiated new Facilities & Administrative (F&A) cost rates with the Department of Health & Human Services for fiscal year 2025 and beyond. The new rates are in effect beginning July 1, 2024. The revised F&A rates can be found here.

Until further notice, the following rates should be reflected on all future grant and contract proposals where there is activity for the dates specified below:

The Federal and Non-Federal Budget Templates have been updated to reflect the new rates. Questions regarding the use of rates on sponsored proposal budgets should be referred to your Sponsored Programs Pre-Award Officer.
