Equipment Inventory

The biennial capital equipment inventory, which previously was completed over a 12 month period, will now be extended to the full 24 month period.

This change will allow the Property team more time to resolve inventory issues as well as continue with other responsibilities such as processing purchase requisitions, tagging new equipment, managing equipment fabrications and providing support to equipment custodians and departments.

During the transition, the Property team may need to visit individual labs on more than one occasion during the two year period.  Every effort will be made to consolidate the number of visits.

Please reach out to Property Management for a Property Fabrication Application form at the same time you send Sponsored Programs an IPAR for a Fabrication Internal Order number.
