Office Hours & Idea Share
Our virtual office hours kick off this coming Wednesday, June 3, with a presentation from LaNeia Thomas, CRC IRB Senior Quality Improvement Specialist, on her findings from recent check-ins with investigators who have transitioned to remote human subjects research activities. After the presentation, IRB staff will be available to answer questions, and we will open up the discussion for faculty to share lessons and insights on conducting research remotely. This Q&A format, followed by idea exchange, will be our format moving forward.
Further information and log-in details are available on our website (Kerberos log-in required).
New Guidance on Human Subjects Research
We have developed new guidance for resuming human research activities under the current circumstances. This guidance complements the Research Recovery Toolkit from the Office of Research and is intended for investigators conducting remote activities, as well as those who will be resuming in-person activities, both on and off campus.
As always, if you have questions, the IRB staff are available via Microsoft Teams, email, and phone. We hope to see you during office hours!
