Public Interest at BU Law: Past, Present & Future

This year, under the direction of current PIP leadership, the Public Interest Committee, the Dean, and others, a number of decisions have been made to ensure the continued strength of the public interest community at BU Law.

On March 24th, former PIP President Sean McCauley '17 will moderate a conversation with Dean Onwuachi-Willig, PIP leadership, the inaugural PILS vice president, and other speakers about the factors that influenced these decisions and the excitement about a fresh focus on and commitment to public interest at the law school. We will reflect on the history of public interest at BU law, the importance of encouraging and enabling our students and graduates to participate in public interest work, and how we plan to foster a strong public interest community in the years ahead.
