Global Programs is pleased to present Judy Shen-Filerman, CEO of Dreambridge Partners, leading a faculty development program on “Building Cultural Agility for Educating a Global Student Population.”
The session will focus on cultural agility and working with global student populations. Ms. Shen-Filerman will discuss the Hofstede model, how it applies to in-classroom work, and its academic implications. She will also define and discuss subconscious, culturally dichotomous judgment and its implications for teaching and student engagement.
