Join the UCA and the Classics department THIS THURSDAY (10/27), FROM 5-7PM, IN CAS 314 for the second annual GORE-FEST!, a Halloween-themed night of readings from Greek tragedy! We will transform the classroom into an ancient Greek theater, where professors and students will dramatically read and act out their favorite gory & spooky scenes from works such as Aeschylus' "Oresteia" and Sophocles' "Oedipus Tyrannus." There will be a costume contest with (classics-themed) prizes for the best costume! If you're interested in acting in a scene, email uca@bu.edu and we'll put you on the list! Schedule: 5-6PM: Costume contest 6-7PM: Readings Snacks, pizza, and candy will be provided. It'll be a Hecuba good time!
